Elfsborg go top as Malmo stay close

Elfsborg are two points clear at the top of the early standings in the Allsvenskan season after beating Orebro 2-0 away from home tonight.
The visitors scored early in each half, with Stefan Ishizaki putting them ahead after six minutes and Amadou Jawo doubling the advantage three minutes after the break.
They needed the win to remain two points ahead of Malmo, who beat Syrianska 2-0 to go second. Wilton Figueiredo's 20th-minute opener separated the sides until Jimmy Durmaz made sure of the points at the death.
Struggling Goteborg needed an 85th minute-penalty from Stefan Selakovic to secure their first win of the season as they edged Hacken 2-1 away from home. Hacken took a fifth-minute lead through Mattias Ostberg, but Tobias Sana levelled in the 68th minute before Selakovic won it from the spot.
